The process

Like the bird: build first, then invite.

A weaver bird doesn’t describe the nest it intends to build. It builds the nest, and the nest is judged. Our process works the same way — the proof arrives before the invoice does.

The six steps

  1. Look

We study your business the way a customer would: your reviews, your photos, your trade, your area. What do people praise you for, in their own words? That’s the raw material.

  2. Weave

A design brief nobody else could receive: colours drawn from your world, type chosen for your trade, and your customers’ own praise shaped into headlines. Our registry guarantees no two Weaver sites share a design — checked before a line of code exists.

  3. Show

You get a link to your finished site, live on the internet. Not a mock-up, not a proposal deck. If it doesn’t make you a little proud, tell us and we part as friends — it costs you nothing to look.

  4. Refine

Two rounds of changes are included: your photos in, your wording adjusted, sections tuned. Every change is a countable block, so there’s never a mystery invoice.

  5. Launch

Your domain — registered in your name, always — goes live with the site. Every launch passes the same gate: speed scores 90+, accessibility checked, tested on the phones your customers actually use.

  6. Care

Outright clients get a full handover and a 30-day fix-anything promise. Care-plan clients get hosting, security and two included changes a month — the site stays as current as the business.

The fine print, out loud

Plainly, in writing.

Plain-language agreement

One document you can read over coffee. Scope, price, timeline, and who owns what — no clause exists to trick you.

Cooling-off honoured

Five business days to change your mind after signing, full refund, no reasons required. It’s your right under the Consumer Protection Act, and we say so out loud.

Ownership, clearly

The site is ours until it’s paid for, and completely yours the moment it is. Your domain is yours from day one, always — even if we part ways.

Step zero

It starts with one conversation.

Tell us what you do and where. We’ll take it from there — and the next thing you see will be your own site.
