What we keep, and why.
Weaver Studio collects as little personal information as a web studio can, and uses it only to answer you.
What this website collects
The details you send through the contact form (your name, business, email address, phone number and your message) are used to reply to you and, if you become a client, to do the work. This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies and runs no trackers.
Where it goes
The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Messages are delivered to hello@weaverstudio.co.za, which is hosted by Zoho. Client files and agreements are kept in the studio’s own systems. Nothing is sold, rented or shared for marketing.
Business listings
When the studio writes to a business it has not met, the address comes from that business’s public listing on Google Maps or its own website, and the email says so. One message is sent; a reply of “stop” ends contact permanently.
Your rights under POPIA
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 you may ask what personal information Weaver Studio holds about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to its processing. Write to hello@weaverstudio.co.za; the Information Officer answers from the same address. You may also complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa).

This page is updated when the way information is handled changes. The date at the foot of the page is the date it was last changed.
